Welcome to Phone Call. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phone Call Android application (the "App"), operated by Studio app build ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users. We may update them from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Application

The App provides calling, contact management, call history, and messaging (SMS/MMS) features, which may allow you to:

  • make and manage phone calls and view your call history;
  • view, add, edit, and update contacts stored on your device;
  • view, send, receive, and organize SMS/MMS messages where supported; and
  • use other phone, contact, or messaging features provided by the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your country when using the App. If you use the App on behalf of another person, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Permissions and Device Access

Some features need access to your device. Depending on what you use, the App may request permissions for contacts, phone, call logs, SMS/MMS, notifications, overlay display, and other Android permissions required for specific functionality. These are used to provide the features described in the App and in our Privacy Policy.

You can grant or deny permissions in your device settings. Denying certain permissions may prevent related features from working properly. You are responsible for reviewing and managing the permissions you grant, and for making sure you have the authority or consent needed to access and manage information stored on your device.

5. Contacts, Calls, and Message Content

You keep ownership of your personal information. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, messages, call history, or other personal information stored on your device.

You are solely responsible for:

  • the contacts and information you manage through the App;
  • the calls you make and the messages you send, receive, store, or manage;
  • the content and accuracy of anything you create or transmit; and
  • making sure your use of the App does not violate another person's privacy or rights.

We are not responsible for the content of messages or calls made or received through the App.

6. Calls and Messaging Responsibility

If you use the App to make calls or send SMS or other communications, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App to:

  • send unlawful or fraudulent messages or make fraudulent calls;
  • send spam or unwanted communications;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse others;
  • distribute malicious or harmful content;
  • impersonate another person or organization; or
  • violate applicable telecommunications or privacy laws.

We may restrict or discontinue features where necessary to prevent misuse or to comply with legal or platform requirements.

7. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, or duplicate the App or its content;
  • modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App;
  • sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
  • remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
  • use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Studio app build and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful purpose;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • use automated methods to interfere with the App's functionality;
  • violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization; or
  • misuse contact, message, call, or device information accessed through the App.

10. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The App may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, performance monitoring, and other functionality, including Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and Firebase. It may also display ads from third-party advertising partners. These services may collect or process certain information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, or practices of third-party services or advertisements. Your interactions with them are subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. They are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse or control them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

12. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the App working well, but we do not guarantee that:

  • the App will always be available or run without interruption;
  • all features will always remain available;
  • the App will be free of errors or bugs, or that they will be fixed immediately; or
  • the App will work on every device or Android version.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the App at any time.

13. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, and other changes to maintain compatibility, security, functionality, or compliance. Some features may stop working if you do not install required updates.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information related to contacts, messages, call history, device information, usage, analytics, and advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

15. Data and Device Responsibility

The App may access information stored on your device when you grant the relevant permissions. You are responsible for keeping backups of your contacts, messages, call history, and other important information. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, operating system changes, accidental deletion, permission changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for:

  • loss of data resulting from device failure or user actions;
  • problems caused by your device, operating system, network, or carrier;
  • call or SMS/MMS failures or delays caused by mobile network providers;
  • content created or transmitted by users;
  • third-party services or advertisements; or
  • unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio app build and its developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes loss of data, profits, or business, and interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio app build, its developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or applicable laws, your violation of another person's rights, or content and communications transmitted through your use of the App.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in an unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized manner. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will remain in effect.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms take effect when published or made available through the App, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Please review them periodically.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio app build operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
