At Studio app build, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Studio app build ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and handles information when you use our Android application Phone Call (the "App"). The App provides calling, contact management, call history, and messaging (SMS/MMS) features.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Contacts

When you grant permission, the App may access information stored in your device's address book, such as contact names, phone numbers, and other contact details. It is used to display, add, edit, and manage contacts within the App.

1.2 SMS and MMS Messages

When you grant the applicable permissions, the App may access SMS/MMS messages on your device, including message content, sender or recipient phone numbers, and other information needed to display and manage conversations. It is used to view, send, receive, organize, and manage messages.

1.3 Phone and Call Information

When you grant the required permissions, the App may access phone state, call-related information, and your call history (call logs). It is used to make calls, show recent calls, and provide call-management features.

1.4 Device Information

We may automatically collect limited device and technical information, such as device model, operating system and version, device language, app version, advertising or device identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic information. It is used to operate the App, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

1.5 Usage Information

We may collect information about how you use the App, such as features accessed, app interactions, session information, frequency of use, and performance data. It helps us improve performance and user experience.

2. Permissions We Use

The App requests permissions only when they are needed for a specific feature. You can grant or deny them, and change them at any time in your device settings.

READ_CALL_LOG – display your recent call history.
WRITE_CALL_LOG – manage or modify call-log entries where required by App functionality.

If you set the App as your default Phone or SMS app, it will use the related system roles only to provide calling and messaging features. If you deny a permission, the matching features may not work properly.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Contacts: display, add, edit, and manage contacts.
  • Messages: display conversations, send and receive messages, and organize and manage them.

Contacts, messages, and call logs are used only to provide the App's features described above.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share sensitive information such as contact names, phone numbers, message content, or call history with third parties for their own independent or marketing purposes, and we do not use it for advertising.

Certain technical information may be processed by service providers when needed for analytics, advertising, app functionality, or security, as described below.

5. Analytics and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate, analyze, and improve the App. They may process limited technical or usage information under their own privacy policies.

  • Google Analytics – to understand app usage, interactions, and performance trends.
  • Firebase – for analytics, diagnostics, performance monitoring, notifications, and other operational purposes.

6. Advertising

The App may display ads provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. These providers may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, general usage, and ad interactions to deliver, measure, and (where permitted and with any required consent) personalize ads. They may use identifiers or similar technologies for this purpose.

We do not provide advertising partners with your contact names, phone numbers, message content, or call history. Advertising providers handle information according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage third parties to help with analytics, advertising, performance monitoring, technical services, customer support, and App functionality. They may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to handle it in line with applicable privacy requirements.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Besides the service providers above, we may disclose information only in limited circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

  • comply with a legal obligation;
  • protect or defend our rights or property;
  • prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing;
  • protect the safety of users or the public; or
  • protect against legal liability.

9. Data Transfer

Information processed by our service providers may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country, state, or jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

10. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contacts, messages, and call history stored on your device remain under the storage and deletion controls of your Android device and the App.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Choices and Permission Control

  • Grant or deny permissions when requested.
  • Change or revoke permissions any time in your device settings.
  • Understand that denying a permission may limit the related features. For example, denying Contacts may affect contact features, and denying SMS permissions may affect messaging.

13. Your Privacy Rights

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;

To exercise these rights, contact us at sappbuild@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

14. Account and Data Deletion

The App does not require you to create an account. To remove information stored locally by the App, use the App's own features or your Android settings, or uninstall the App. For any request about personal information we process, contact us at sappbuild@gmail.com. If we introduce accounts in the future, we will update this policy and provide a way to request account and data deletion.

If we learn that we have collected such information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
